Help and support

We’re a small team in Montréal and we read every message.

Write to us

• Questions, problems or ideas: support@propelhaus.com. We usually answer within one or two business days.
• In the app: Settings → Feedback sends your message with the details we need to help (your app version and device).

Report something

Use Report on a profile, a post in Explore, an assistant’s answer or a conversation. The pblc team looks at every report within a day. You can also write to support@propelhaus.com.

Block someone

• In your Inbox: open the conversation and tap Block. They can’t write to your profile again.
• On someone’s profile in the app: tap Block at the bottom. Their posts leave your Explore and they can’t ask your profiles.

Unblock them anytime in Settings → Privacy & assistant.

Delete your account

• In the app: Settings → Danger zone → Delete account.
• Without the app: pblc.ai/account/delete sends a link to your account’s email.
